For employers
Candidates who are prepared for the training and for Germany — not only qualified on paper.

The problem
Many businesses cannot fill their apprenticeship places, and the places that are filled often do not last until the final exam.
Some candidates are not prepared for the training itself: unclear documents, too little German for vocational school, the wrong picture of the job.
For candidates from abroad the paperwork comes on top. They rarely fail because of the workplace; they fail at registration, health insurance and letters from the authorities — and then give up on Germany rather than on the job.
What we do differently
Translated certificates where needed, a language certificate and a CV in the German format — before you see anyone.
We select and check. You only see candidates who fit your position. The pre-screening is non-binding and is not a legal assessment.
We place both. For candidates from abroad we prepare the documents for the visa procedure and accompany the process. Candidates already here can start considerably sooner.
From the first conversation to arrival you speak to the same person. Registration, health insurance, tax ID, finding a flat and learning German run for the apprentice on the RechtX platform, in their own language.
After the contract

After signing, apprentices from abroad still have the administrative side ahead of them: the registration, the health insurance, the letter from the immigration office they cannot read.
RechtX already does exactly this for people arriving in Germany. An apprentice placed through us is accompanied through those steps, in their own language, and keeps the platform for the whole Ausbildung.
That is the purpose of this support: so that organisational hurdles do not become the reason someone leaves the training.
How it works
The occupation, the start date, the vocational school, the working hours and what matters to you about the person.
We review applications, check documents and language level, and put only suitable candidates in front of you.
You speak to the candidates yourself and decide. We arrange the appointments and interpret where needed.
Signing the contract and registering it with the chamber. We prepare the documents and accompany you through it.
We prepare the documents for the application and accompany the process. The decision on the visa lies solely with the responsible authority.
Registration, health insurance, tax ID, housing and learning German — accompanied, in the apprentice's own language.
With a candidate from abroad the whole process usually takes 6 to 9 months before the training start date, so plan early. Someone already in Germany can usually start much sooner.
